Job summary

YI TCM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Clinic Assistant to greet patients, handle registration and data entry, and support daily clinic operations at HarbourFront Centre/Somerset.

Training will be provided to use the clinic management system; you will answer calls and WhatsApp inquiries, manage bookings, perform housekeeping, assist with prescriptions, collect payments, order supplies, and help close the day.

Responsibilities

• Say hi to patients and handle registration and data entry.
• Learn to use the clinic management system with training.
• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages for enquiries and bookings.
• Housekeeping after each patient to keep rooms clean.
• Assist with medicine prescription and preparation.
• Collect various forms of payment.
• Order supplies.
• Check letter box.
• Open the clinic and prep for the day.
• Be Santa's greatest helper to the assistant clinic manager/clinic manager.
• Finish closing duties and wrap up for the day.
• Attend any training if needed.
• Update our WhatsApp broadcast list.

Job description

Expected salary (full time): $1800-2500/month depending on skillset and experience

Expected salary (part time): $70-100/day depending on skillset and experience

Job description:

• Say the warmest Hi to our patients to light their day! Handle registration and data entry (most patients register on their own through the system so less work for you )
• Learn to use our clinic management system. (training will be provided)
• Answer phone calls and respond to whatsapps messages for enquiries and appointment bookings (patients can book any slot on their own so that is less work for you too!)
• Housekeeping after each patient leaves, so every patient get a really clean room to enjoy their treatment
• Assist with medicine prescription and preparation
• Collect various forms of payment
• Order supplies
• Check letter box
• Open the clinic and prep the clinic for the day like Snow White does with animals singing along. Just kidding but you can make do with our calming clinic music
• Be Santa's greatest helper to the assistant clinic manager/clinic manager
• Finish closing duties so that you can wrap up and head home to spend time with your family or yourself!
• Attend any training if needed
• Update our whatsapp broadcast list
