Job summary

Virtue Family Clinic in Tengah, Singapore is seeking Full-Time Clinic Assistants to join our growing healthcare group. The role involves patient registration, scheduling, preparing medications, billing, and handling government schemes under the supervision of our clinicians.

We offer 44 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift, with a monthly pay range of SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,500. Start date is as soon as possible; benefits include health insurance and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in clinic operations (minimum 2 year)
• Knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage

Responsibilities

• Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients
• Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor
• Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes
• Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly
• Manage inventory and replenishment of medicines and consumable items
• Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager

Responsibilities of a Clinic Assistant

• Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients

• Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor.

• Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments.

• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.

• Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly

• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
