Job summary

MyRepublic in Singapore is seeking a friendly retail associate to promote trading card game products and related merchandise. You will assist customers, recommend memberships, and sign them up for events.

You will build rapport with the local TCG community, share insights on decks and new releases, support tournaments and roadshows, and help achieve both individual and team sales targets with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N Levels with at least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion for TCGs welcome.
• Passionate about Pokémon TCG, MTG, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-first mindset.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Levels; at least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred
• (Fresh graduates with strong passion for TCGs are welcome to apply)
• Passionate about Trading Card Games such as Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh!
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve sales targets
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
