Job summary

MyRepublic in Singapore is seeking a friendly retail associate to promote trading card game products and related merchandise. You will assist customers, recommend memberships, and sign them up for events.

You will build rapport with the local TCG community, share insights on decks and new releases, support tournaments and roadshows, and help achieve both individual and team sales targets with strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N Levels with at least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion for TCGs welcome.
• Passionate about Pokémon TCG, MTG, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-first mindset.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TCG products, accessories, and merchandise.
• Assist walk-in customers with recommendations, memberships, and inquiries.
• Build rapport with the TCG community by sharing deck insights and product availability.
• Support store operations, tournaments, events, and roadshows.
• Follow up on customer orders, reservations, and loyalty programs.
• Aim to achieve individual and team sales targets with product knowledge.
