Job summary

MYREPUBLIC BROADBAND PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Retail Sales Associate to promote and sell TCG products and accessories at our Singapore store.

You will greet walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, assist with memberships and event sign-ups, and respond to general inquiries. You will build rapport with the TCG community by sharing insights on decks, new releases, and product availability, while supporting store events, tournaments, and roadshows.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels; 1 year retail/sales preferred.
• Fresh graduates with passion for TCGs welcome.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-first mindset.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels ; at least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred
• (Fresh graduates with strong passion for TCGs are welcome to apply)
• Passionate about Trading Card Games such as Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh!
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve sales targets
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
