Job summary

CONVERGENT SYSTEMS (S) PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Sales Associate (Retail) to keep the counter tidy, stock products, and display marketing materials. You will demonstrate features, engage customers, and guide purchases to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English (Mandarin a plus) with strong communication skills, a cheerful personality, and basic Excel ability for daily reporting. Training is provided.

Job Description:

• Maintaining the tidiness of the counter and ensuring the store is well stocked with products/ marketing materials and product displays.


• Demonstrate the unique selling features to potential customers


• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on our products that lead to a sale


• Building strong rapport with in-store co-workers and managers.


• Providing excellent customer service.


• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the team's success.


• Ad-hoc admin duties and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Sporty and cheerful personality.


• Basic Excel skills for daily sales reporting.


• Min O level


• Able to commit 6 day work week according to the duty roster


• Willing to travel to various outlets/events within Singapore when needed


• Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced retail environment.


• Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
