Job summary

C2E4 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking proactive Sales Representatives to support our Vendor Alliance Program for card show events. You will engage potential vendors, convert leads, and manage bookings across assigned venues.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with weekdays and occasional weekends onsite, a base daily rate plus commission, and the chance to build relationships with exhibitors, brands, and collectors in a fast-paced event setting.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in events, retail, roadshows, or B2B sales preferred.
• Confident communicator with face-to-face engagement.
• Persuasive, proactive, and target-driven personality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely follow-up with sales enquiries and warm leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Provide account servicing to confirmed exhibitors, ensuring smooth communication from booking through event completion.
• Actively approach and engage potential vendors, including TCG sellers, collectors, artists, and brands.
• Promote the Vendor Alliance Program, highlighting its exclusive benefits, special discounts, and complimentary membership, while driving booth sales for upcoming card show events.
• Clearly explain booth packages, pricing, audience reach, and event benefits.
• Close sales on-site and follow up with interested leads
• Achieve assigned daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain simple records of leads, enquiries, and confirmed sales

Job description

We are seeking proactive and outgoing Sales Representatives to support our TCG card vendor for our vendor alliance program.

This role focuses on:

• Engaging potential vendors and converting leads under Vendor Alliance Program OR confirmed booth bookings during event days

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely follow-up with sales enquiries and warm leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Provide account servicing to confirmed exhibitors, ensuring smooth communication from booking through event completion.
• Actively approach and engage potential vendors, including TCG sellers, collectors, artists, and brands.
• Promote the Vendor Alliance Program, highlighting its exclusive benefits, special discounts, and complimentary membership, while driving booth sales for upcoming card show events.

Working Hours & Location

Days: weekdays (WFH flexi) , ad hoc weekends (onsite)

Location: Mobile role based on assigned card show event venues across Singapore (on weekends)

Requirements

• Prior sales experience in events, retail, roadshows, or B2B sales preferred
• Strong interest in TCG, collectibles, gaming, anime, or pop culture is an advantage
• Confident communicator who is comfortable with face-to-face engagement
• Persuasive, proactive, and target-driven personality
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced event environment

Compensation

Onsite Base Rate: $50 (full day), $25 (half day)

Commission Structure: 3% commission on total vendor booth sales revenue
