BUSHIROAD INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage social media, craft copy, and support digital campaigns across our brand portfolio.

You will analyze data from campaigns, coordinate promotions, and liaise with teams to boost brand image. A proactive, English-proficient candidate with a passion for games and trading card culture will thrive, with occasional events and travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing/digital media.
• Strong command of English in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to learn trading card games to promote brand.

Location: 5-10 mins walk from City Hall / Bugis / Bras Basah MRT station
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Job Description

• Manage and update official social media platforms and websites
• Copywriting for social media, website, articles
• Brainstorm and propose new promotional strategies to boost brand image and awareness
• Prepare press releases for announcements
• Manage community outreach such as liaising with KOLs and community leaders
• Manage digital promotion such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Develop and adapt promotional plans to align with each product release
• Conduct data analysis from social media, surveys, and ad campaigns to optimize performance

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
• Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Willingness to learn trading card games (TCG) to better promote the brand and products
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative independently
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Open to work on occasional weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Good to Have

• Familiarity with games, anime, or internet culture is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
