Job summary

GIORDANO ORIGINALS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly service and create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

You will handle walk-in customers, upsell products, manage inventory, perform cashier duties, and assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness. No prior experience required as training will be provided; 3 rotating shifts and 5.5 working days including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or ITE qualification.
• No prior experience required (training will be provided).
• Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts.
• Able to work 5.5 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented.
