Job summary

A leading personnel services firm in Singapore is seeking a temporary customer service representative to handle taxpayer inquiries and promote digital services. Candidates will receive training in individual income tax. Successful applicants should have strong written communication skills, a customer service background, and be capable of managing 20+ cases daily. The role runs for 3 months, with a possible extension, and offers a salary of $13.60 per hour.

Job Scope
  • Customer facing tasks such as answering taxpayers' general individual income tax enquiry email. You may be required to initiate a call to taxpayer when attending to such enquiries.
  • Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of e-services and chatbot.
  • Any other administrative work that may be assigned to you from time to time.
  • Encourage the fulfilment of taxpayer's tax obligations through promoting digital services, attend to written individual income tax enquiry and day-to-day administrative work that may be assigned.

Location: Newton
Duration: 3 Months, subjected to possible extension
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $13.60/H

Requirements
  • Candidates will be provided with general tax training in individual income tax.
  • Candidates aspiring to work in the tax industry or had prior work experiences in tax are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with prior customer service background preferred.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data.
  • Self‑motivated individual and able to handle at least 20 cases per day.
