Job summary

Diversey, a global leader in cleaning, hygiene and infection prevention, is seeking a Technical Specialist – TASKI to provide pre-sales technical support, install and demonstrate products at customer sites, and collaborate with the Sales team to tailor solutions.

You will diagnose issues, maintain service records, schedule visits, and train customers on features and operation while delivering an excellent service experience and identifying opportunities for spare parts and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical skills with troubleshooting experience.
• Service-oriented with ability to support customers and sales teams.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and updates.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on floor care machines.
• Diagnose machine issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Respond to customer enquiries on service agreements and equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and monitor equipment reliability.
• Identify opportunities to sell spare parts, consumables, and service contracts.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after each service visit.
• Plan and schedule customer visits accurately and efficiently, with weekly activity reporting.
• Train customers on the features, operation, and proper use of purchased products.
