Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents across channels and coordinate responses for global partners.
• Coordinate with Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering to handle crises.
• Analyze incident trends and data to improve processes, policy and product.
• Lead cross-functional post-mortems and produce actionable insights.
• Be methodical, resilient and able to work across time zones.
• Be flexible with global hours and weekend rotations.
