Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Regulatory Response Analyst to coordinate responses to major global regulatory incidents and to work with Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering teams across time zones.

The role requires 3+ years in Trust & Safety or incident management, and fluency in Thai, with strong project management and data-analysis skills to drive improvements in incident processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• 3+ years in Trust & Safety Ops or Incident/Risk/Crisis roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with different teams.
• High oral and written proficiency in Thai is required.
• Good project management with a track record of driving change from conception to execution.
• Knowledge of social media challenges and sensitivity to safety or regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported incidents across multiple channels for TikTok and coordinate response to global partners' inquiries.
• Coordinate across global cross-functional teams (Public Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering) to handle crises.
• Analyze incident trends and data to improve incident processes, policy, and product.
• Lead cross-functional post-mortems for major incidents and produce actionable insights.
• Be comfortable, methodical and resilient.
• Be flexible with global working hours and occasional weekend shifts on rotation.
