Job summary

Vq Pro is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source, screen, and place candidates for internal hiring needs, manage job postings, hiring administration, and onboarding support. The role suits someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and matching the right candidate to the right role.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate/client records, and assisting with work passes or visas where applicable.

Qualifications

• Local diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making calls and reaching out to candidates.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple roles/candidates at once.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Liaise with clients or hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Keep candidate and client records updated in the recruitment system/CRM.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Meet monthly placement or hiring targets.
• Post job advertisements on job portals, company website, and social media.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation scheduling).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee/recruitment files and records.
• Assist with work pass or visa application matters, if applicable
