Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and onboarding. You will play a pivotal role in finding great talent.

You will build a strong pipeline, screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and deliver timely updates. You will also handle recruitment data, reporting, and process improvements to support efficient, compliant hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• A positive, cheerful team player who enjoys working with people.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently when required.
• Knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant government compliance requirements is an advantage.
• CEI certification will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, applications, and online profiles to identify promising candidates.
• Conduct phone or virtual screening interviews and assess candidates against hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, referrals, networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Proactively source candidates, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
• Support the posting and management of job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure everyone is aligned throughout the process.
• Organize and facilitate interview sessions to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations, and relevant information promptly.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment journey and follow up on interview outcomes.
• Respond to candidate enquiries professionally and build positive relationships from first contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems and databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and other documentation.
