YY Circle in Singapore is seeking a proactive Talent & Sales Coordinator to create job postings across social platforms, identify potential clients and candidates, and guide applicants through registration, payment, and benefits.

You will match candidates to opportunities based on client needs and schedules, interview applicants on responsibilities and salary, and build strong relationships with clients to understand their pain points.

• Create job postings across various social media platforms.
• Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and job fairs.
• Guide new members through the platform registration process, job requirements based on client requests, payment, and benefits.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on clients’ staffing needs and work schedules using our automated system.
• Interview and assess prospective applicants on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
