Job summary

Ren Ci Hospital in Singapore is seeking an Assistant/Manager, Talent Management for a 2-year contract. You will oversee the performance management and learning & development for the organisation and deputise the Head of HR in reporting, policy review and project execution.

Qualification requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and minimum 10 years of HR and supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR and supervisory experience.
• Exposure in the community care sector is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Team player who’s able to exercise initiative, multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Improve performance management processes and conduct the annual performance review process.
• Manage Talent Programmes including high potential and scholarships programmes.
• Manage Performance Improvement Plan cases.
• Review HR policies for relevance and updating, and lead policy discussions.
• Provide guidance and support to line managers and subordinates.
• Manage and analyse data for report trending and draft concept papers/proposals for management and Board approval.
• Support HOD to monitor department performance and project timelines.
• Participate in HR transformation projects and spearhead department initiatives.
• Manage project budget and utilization and act as contact point with external stakeholders.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff, identify development opportunities, and support disciplinary and grievance matters.
