Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive intern to support the Regional Talent team in planning, managing and executing recruitment and development programs. You will help brainstorm initiatives and ensure timely updates to stakeholders across a diverse, fast-paced environment.

You will assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including ATS and analytics, while performing various HR and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Interest in people, talent acquisition and culture.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and results orientation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in a multicultural environment.

Job Description

• Assist the Regional Talent team in the planning, management, and execution of our talent recruitment and development programs
• Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of talent recruitment and development program-related updates to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including the development and maintenance of a mini career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate data reporting
• Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
• Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
• Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
• Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
