Job summary

Shopee in Singapore is seeking an L&D intern to assist in developing and executing learning programmes rolled out globally to thousands of employees and leaders. You'll support coordination, materials creation, and LMS administration.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate Rise and LMS, and help measure training impact through surveys and analytics. A strong learning mindset and proactive teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, Psychology or related fields.
• Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with a strong learning mindset.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with design tools and e-learning content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end coordination of L&D programmes and events, including training execution (pre-training, during training, and post-training)
• Assist in designing and developing learning materials (e.g. case studies, slides, visuals, and e-learning content)
• Manage day-to-day administration of the Learning Portal and Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolment, attendance, and course content upkeep
• Craft newsletters and maintain communication channels with programme participants through different engagement touchpoints
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on the effectiveness and impact of both training and e-learning courses using surveys, assessments, and learning analytics
• Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned
