Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to support either campus intern hiring or experienced hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews across markets.

A focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding is essential. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate problem-solving

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving and results orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for campus intern roles or experienced hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, roles, and timelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, portals and campus channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders across markets.
• Deliver a smooth candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in the ATS and drive recruitment process improvements.

Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and people-driven Talent Acquisition partner to join our team. Depending on your experience and interests, you'll support either (1) campus intern hiring or (2) experienced hiring, working closely with hiring managers across the business.

• Support end-to-end recruitment for either (1) campus intern roles or (2) experienced roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and campus channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage multiple stakeholders across markets
• Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer
• Support offer discussions, offer closure, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in the ATS
• Continuously improve hiring processes and ways of working

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Have a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
• Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
• Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
