Shopee Singapore Private Limited is offering a full‑time internship in Talent Acquisition in Singapore. You will assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, coordinate interviews, publish job openings, and manage applications with the ATS.

Join a dynamic HR team to learn end‑to‑end recruitment processes, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and gain hands‑on experience across talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to commit to a full‑time internship for 3–6 months.
• Preferred: Prior internship, project, or extracurricular experience related to recruitment or Human Resources.
• Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or online recruitment platforms.

Responsabilités
