Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is inviting a Talent Acquisition Intern to support SPX Express. You’ll gain hands-on recruitment experience, engaging candidates and hiring managers while contributing to Shopee’s Logistics operations.

As part of the People team, you’ll learn end-to-end hiring, partner with managers, coordinate interviews, and help with onboarding. This role offers exposure to a high-growth ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for SPX Express roles across end-to-end hiring processes.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, portals and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.
• Assist with offers, onboarding, and closure activities.
• Maintain recruitment data and assist with pipeline reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes.

Job Description:

• Support recruitment for SPX Express roles, gaining exposure to the end‑to‑end hiring process
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Support offer discussions, closure, and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment data and support hiring reports and pipeline tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Interested in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and working with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds
• Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a good team player
• Prior background or experience in HR is advantageous
