Job summary

STB is seeking to strengthen its talent pipeline across two portfolios. You will own STB's scholarship and internship programmes—from outreach and selection through onboarding, engagement, and long-term relationship management—with educational institutions.

In Learning & Development you will act as Learning Partner to three Business Groups, shaping learning roadmaps, curating targeted interventions, and guiding Training Coordinators on training administration while overseeing Education Awards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of employment laws and public service staff guidelines is advantageous.
