Job summary

GovTech is seeking to strengthen its talent pipeline by owning scholarship and internship programmes and by serving as a Learning Partner to three Business Groups. The role also involves developing learning roadmaps, curating capability interventions, and guiding Training Coordinators on training administration.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and educational institutions.
• Understanding of employment laws and public service staff guidelines would be advantageous.
• Ability to craft learning solutions and bespoke capability interventions.
• Strong data-driven mindset to measure programme effectiveness and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own STB's scholarship and internship programmes end-to-end.
• Lead Learning & Development partner activities for three Business Groups.
• Develop and maintain learning roadmaps and capability interventions.
• Oversee Education Awards cycle and guide Training Coordinators.
