Job description

What the role is:

You will play a key role in strengthening STB's talent pipeline and building organisational capability across two portfolios.

In Talent Management & Young Talent Pipeline, you will take full ownership of STB's scholarship and internship programmes — from outreach and selection through to onboarding, engagement, and long-term relationship management with educational institutions. In Learning & Development, you will serve as Learning Partner to three Business Groups, developing learning roadmaps, curating capability interventions, overseeing the Education Awards cycle, and guiding Training Coordinators on training administration.

What you will be working on:

The job scope includes, but is not limited to the following:

Talent Management & Young Talent Pipeline

You will take ownership of STB's scholarship and internship programmes, managing the full cycle from outreach and selection through to onboarding, engagement, and long-term relationship management. Working closely with educational institutions, you will cultivate partnerships that strengthen STB's talent pipeline and reinforce its reputation as an employer of choice. Beyond programme delivery, you will continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, harness technology and AI, and apply data‑driven insights to enhance programme effectiveness, governance, and the overall stakeholder experience.

Learning & Development

You will serve as a Learning Partner to three assigned Business Groups, partnering closely with stakeholders to surface capability gaps and shape learning solutions that are both relevant and impactful. This includes developing and maintaining learning roadmaps, curating targeted interventions that equip officers with current and emerging skills, and facilitating periodic reviews of role profiles to ensure alignment with evolving business needs. You will also guide and support Training Coordinators on training administration, oversee and manage the end‑to‑end process of the annual Education Awards for Professional and Leadership Development.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently
  • An enthusiastic and driven self‑starter, and able to think innovatively to improve current states
