Job summary

Jump Trading Group is hiring an Early Career Talent Development Programs Specialist in Singapore to join our global Talent Development team within People Operations. You will partner with research, trading and tech leaders to design and deliver world-class learning programs for interns and full-time early career talent across APAC.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to set program structure, goals, and performance evaluation processes, while ensuring alignment with local culture and firm

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Talent/L&D, Campus Recruitment or HRBP with early careers.
• Experience in financial services or tech environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills across levels and ability to influence.
• Leadership or ownership of outcomes in people or projects.
• Diagnose development needs and design relevant initiatives.
• Business acumen and ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, drive and execute intern and early career programs in Singapore (APAC reach).
• Collaborate with technical and business leads to align goals and growth opportunities.
• Develop innovative educational programming leveraging industry trends and resources.
• Partner with global Early Careers ecosystem to align structure, evaluation, and mobility.
• Oversee onboarding and performance feedback for interns and campus hires.
