Job summary

Singapore Tourism Board is seeking a dynamic Talent & Learning Partner to strengthen our talent pipeline and organisational capability across two portfolios.

In Talent Management & Young Talent Pipeline you will own scholarship and internship programmes, partner with educational institutions, and use data-driven insights to improve governance and stakeholder experience. In Learning & Development you will shape learning roadmaps and support Education Awards, working with Training Coordinators.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of employment laws and public service staff guidelines would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communications skills, including good written skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders, understand capability development needs, and recommend appropriate learning solutions
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of STB's scholarship and internship programmes from outreach to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
• Serve as Learning Partner to three Business Groups, developing learning roadmaps and tailoring capability interventions.
• Oversee the Education Awards cycle and guide Training Coordinators on training administration.
• Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions to strengthen STB's talent pipeline and employer of choice.
• Apply data-driven insights to improve programme governance and stakeholder experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and harness technology and AI for programme effectiveness.
