Job summary

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) seeks a proactive Talent & Learning Partner to strengthen the agency's talent pipeline. You will own scholarships and internships while partnering with educational institutions to build a robust pipeline and modernise processes using data-driven insights.

In Learning & Development, you’ll align learning roadmaps for three business groups, curate targeted interventions, and support Education Awards governance.

Responsibilities

• Own STB's scholarship and internship programmes from outreach to onboarding and engagement.
• Develop learning roadmaps and curate capability interventions for three business groups.
• Oversee Education Awards cycles and guide Training Coordinators on admin processes.
• Partner with educational institutions to strengthen STB's talent pipeline and reputation.
• Apply data-driven insights to improve programme effectiveness and governance.
