Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, HR, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in learning and development, talent management, or relevant roles.
• Strong background in building large-scale career frameworks and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead talent development programs and career frameworks for technical division.
• Develop L&D strategy and track competency, certifications, and progress to identify gaps.
• Engage with leaders and participants to drive participation and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and generate data-driven reports to support leadership decisions.
