Job summary

Borouge PTE in Singapore seeks a Senior Data Scientist (Machine Learning) to contribute to talent management initiatives and succession planning. The role emphasizes learning & development, competency systems, and leadership development to strengthen workforce capabilities across functions.

The candidate will collaborate with regional stakeholders to design and monitor programs, ensuring alignment with SOPs and ISO requirements while supporting strategic organisational development goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning & development and organisational capability.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness and audits against SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Learning & Development: Identify development needs and translate them into learning interventions; review training needs analysis and implement training plans and budgets.
• Competency System Management: Consolidate and enhance competency framework; support career progression and adherence to competency assurance processes.
• Organisation Development and Employment Branding: Assess organisational effectiveness; promote Borouge’s presence at career events and collaborate with local and international universities for internships.
• Leadership Development: Evaluate leadership proficiencies and implement leadership development programs; support mentorship pipelines.
• Talent Management & Succession Planning: Plan talent review processes and coach high potential employees to optimize growth.
