Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and non-technical roles in Singapore. You will shape hiring strategies, partner with business leaders, and manage recruitment operations to ensure timely delivery.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, manage agencies, support campus initiatives, and continuously improve processes, delivery, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with recruitment systems and sourcing platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for research and engineering positions.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external talent channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment reports and market insights.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and optimize hiring processes.
