Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to support corporate development initiatives, identify strategic partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive growth and governance.

You will prepare management reports, analyze market trends, and engage with clients and candidates to advance organisational objectives. This role requires a diploma or higher and strong communication skills, with hours 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of corporate development initiatives that drive organisational growth and operational excellence
• Assist in identifying strategic partnership opportunities and managing relationships with key business stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare corporate reports, presentations, and proposals for management review and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Support the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Monitor corporate performance metrics and contribute insights to improve overall business effectiveness
• Represent the organisation professionally in meetings, forums, and corporate engagements with clients and partners
