Job summary

Job description

The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering employee training programmes to improve staff competency, service quality, operational standards and overall organizational performance.

This role also supports the development of training systems, learning materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and employee competency.

What you'll do:

• Conduct orientation and onboarding programmes for new employees
• Deliver departmental and job-specific training sessions
• Organize refresher and continuous learning programmes
• Develop and update training manuals
• Design PowerPoint presentations, training guides and learning resources
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
