Job summary

Liebherr-Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, identify talent needs and support planning for employee training programs, while providing general HR/Admin support as required.

You will handle recruitment from requisition to onboarding, collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and prepare job descriptions and employment documents.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on recruitment and training experience.
• Applicants without relevant qualifications should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of employment law and legislative requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and candidates at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and liaison with hiring managers.
• Identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, agencies, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare job descriptions and job advertisements for vacancies.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks and documentation.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates to management.
• Represent the company at career fairs.
• Coordinate annual training calendar and training schedules.
• Organise internal and external training programs and workshops.
• Liaise with external training providers and government agencies where applicable.
• Manage training registrations, attendance, documentation and post-training evaluations.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support employee development and learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Provide general HR/Admin support as required.
