• Coordinate and maintain staff training schedules and competency records to ensure workforce readiness
• Support HR reporting and administrative tasks to maintain accurate employee data and compliance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan and forecast manpower requirements aligned with operational goals
• Organize recruitment and training activities independently while maintaining strong organizational workflows
