Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in Singapore payroll processing, CPF submission.
• Proficient in eFrontier HR System.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, CPF and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good numerical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple departments.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare salary proposals and employment contracts.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and pre-employment documentation.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR improvement projects.
