Job summary

Scoot is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment, build strong pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to keep hiring fast and candidate-friendly. You'll use data and digital tools to attract and select top talent, supporting assessment centres locally and overseas to meet cabin crew manpower needs.

In this role, you’ll manage the recruitment process from posting to onboarding, coordinate local and international assessments, and continuously improve onboarding

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in HR, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across teams (HR, operations, IT/product).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions, timelines and moving parts concurrently.
• Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics (funnel tracking, conversion rates, time-to-fill).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; engaging candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer branding initiatives to grow applications and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and assessments across local and overseas functions.
• Source and nurture candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth, candidate-friendly experience; track hiring progress and outcomes.
