Job summary

Scoot is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to support Flight and Cabin Crew Operations and other staff across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey.

You will be the primary HR contact for Crew, maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, and collaborate with Finance Payroll and other specialists to reengineer processes and uplift the employee experience. A passion for aviation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 3–4 years of HR-related experience.
• Deep knowledge of government and statutory regulations.
• Proven track record in delivering best-in-class employee experience and process improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding to offboarding for our Crew.
• Be the main HR contact for Crew with a service-minded approach.
• Maintain data integrity for Crew in HR systems.
• Prepare and issue letters for confirmation, extension, promotion, and renewals.
• Support work passes related matters and documentation.
• Collaborate on projects with Finance Payroll and other HR partners to improve processes.
