Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is hiring for an HR Recruiter in Singapore to manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to job offers and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to align manpower needs with business priorities and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

The role focuses on technical and industrial sectors, with opportunities to influence employer branding and talent campaigns. A diploma or degree in HR and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical, industrial, engineering, energy, oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, background checks and job offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding, including first-day orientation, new-hire documentation and onboarding materials.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and related documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports, while analysing hiring data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Support employer branding, career events, talent attraction campaigns and other HR and talent-related projects.
