Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking a HR Senior Executive / Executive – Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS management and employee records. You will coordinate interviews, manage payroll-related queries, maintain data accuracy and help implement HR policies across the business.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–4 years payroll experience preferred; knowledge of HRIS (HRIQ) is a plus, and you should be proficient in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years payroll experience in Singapore.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience in recruitment/TA and HR operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in HRIS/HRMS systems and maintaining employee data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer preparation, onboarding and staff orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure all required personal documents are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movements, including contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment and resignation.
• Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card and other required identification card processing.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including handling HR-related queries, reports and employee data management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate payroll processing and resolve payroll-related matters.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects, events, functions and other HR initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
• Support other HR projects and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
