Job summary

Gain City Engineering (M&E) PTE LTD is seeking a HR Senior Executive/Executive – TA & HRIS to support recruitment, onboarding and HR operations with a strong focus on HRIS management and data accuracy. The role requires handling manpower movements, payroll data coordination and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in HRM or Business Admin, familiarity with HRIS/HRMS, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge/experience in HRIS/HRMS is preferred.
• Experience in HRIS data management, system administration, reporting or implementation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer preparation and staff orientation.
• Administer and maintain the HRIS/HRMS, ensuring accurate employee records and HR data.
• Perform HRIS data entry, maintenance and reporting, and support system queries.
• Work with stakeholders to maintain HR processes in HRIS.
• Coordinate manpower movements including renewals, transfers, promotions, re-employment and resignation.
• Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card processing.
• Support payroll data by providing accurate employee data and liaising with payroll.
• Assist HR process improvement projects, HRIS enhancements and automation.
• Review and update HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist other HR initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as required.
