Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites a proactive recruitment professional to join the One-North team on a 1-year contract. You will support blue-collar recruitment, liaising with operators and technicians and coordinating end-to-end hiring processes.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and maintaining accurate candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors, while contributing to employer branding and digital TA initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and liaising with operators and technicians.
• Proficient in sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Use automation to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Identify opportunities to streamline hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (sourcing templates, workflow best practices).

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Partner hiring managers to understand hiring needs, roles, and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records in systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Use automation to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Support implementation of digital TA tools (ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (sourcing templates, workflow best practices).
