Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruiter to support blue-collar recruitment, coordinate end-to-end activities, and liaise with operators and technicians at One-North. You will manage candidate pipelines, onboarding coordination, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

The role involves leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing and implementing digital TA solutions to streamline hiring processes. A 1-year contract and on-site work in Singapore are included.

Qualifications

• Support recruitment for blue-collar associates and liaise with operators and technicians.
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Partner hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive experience.
• Maintain candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies and use automation to improve productivity.
• Support implementation of digital TA tools (ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Assist blue-collar recruitment end-to-end and liaise with operators and technicians on a regular basis.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers for hires.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Utilize AI and automation to improve sourcing, candidate turnaround, and TA tooling.

• Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
• Basic Salary: UP to $3,200

Job Scope:

• Supporting HR recruitment activities for blue-collar associates and be confident in liaising and communicating with operators and technicians on a regular basis
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Partner hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Use automation (e.g., scheduling tools, templated communications, workflows) to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (e.g., ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (e.g., sourcing templates, workflow best practices)
