Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring at One North, Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers, in a fast-paced environment requiring strong collaboration with hiring managers.

The perfect candidate will have a degree in HR/Business/Psychology, prior internship or experience in talent acquisition, and a passion for using AI and digital tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Business/Psychology required.
• Internship or work exp in recruitment advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS like SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines with timely communication and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Use automation to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (e.g., ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (e.g., sourcing templates, workflow best practices)
