Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a recruitment coordinator to support blue-collar hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offers, while partnering with hiring managers on role requirements and timelines.

You will also handle onboarding coordination, maintain candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors, contribute to employer branding, and leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially for blue-collar roles.
• Ability to liaise with operators and technicians regularly.
• Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS.
• Open to using AI tools to improve sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Partner hiring managers to understand needs, roles, and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines with timely communication.
• Maintain candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment docs.
• Participate in employer branding and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and automate processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline hiring via digital TA tools.
