Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Relevant experiences will be advantage.
• Comfortable supporting recruitment activities for blue-collar associates, operators and technicians.
• Confident in communicating with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and leveraging AI/automation to improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in HR systems.
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in career fairs, hiring events and employer branding activities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Use automation tools to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Support adoption of digital recruitment tools, dashboards and technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to AI-enabled recruitment resources and workflow best practices.
