Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to support our corporate headquarters on a 6-month contract.

You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver timely recruitment solutions. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing with agencies, job descriptions, vendor management, and maintaining records and metrics to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and recruitment reporting.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
