Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to support our Corporate Headquarters in Singapore on a 6-month contract.

You will partner with hiring managers and agencies to source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers, while ensuring clear job descriptions and effective advertisements. You will use multiple channels and ATS HR systems to deliver timely recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, and recruitment reporting.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to source and secure suitable talent locally and regionally.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, salary proposals/approvals, and negotiations.
• Support hiring managers in developing clear job descriptions and effective job advertisements.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and manage recruitment vendors to meet hiring requirements efficiently.
• Provide relevant market insights and talent intelligence to address recruitment challenges.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and applicable local regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and recruitment metrics.
