Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter for a 1-year contract to support blue-collar recruitment at One-North MRT. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers, liaising with operators and technicians daily.

You will maintain candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors, support onboarding, and contribute to employer branding, AI-assisted sourcing, and the digitization of TA tools to improve hiring efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supporting HR recruitment activities for blue-collar associates and be confident in liaising and communicating with operators and technicians on a regular basis
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Partner hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Use automation (e.g., scheduling tools, templated communications, workflows) to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (e.g., ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (e.g., sourcing templates, workflow best practices)
