Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is hiring for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment support role based at One North. You will assist full-cycle recruitment, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding under a 1-year contract starting 1 Dec 26.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage pipelines, and use AI/digital tools to optimize sourcing, communications, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• Internship or work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, blue-collar hiring, or mass hiring projects advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and leveraging AI/digital tools to enhance processes.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer prep.
• Partner hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Use automation to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to AI-enabled TA playbooks (sourcing templates, workflow best practices).
